Cancellation Policy

  • 10 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 10 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before 30 days: 90% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation between 15 to 30 days: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation within 15 days: No refund will be provided.
  • Non-refundable fees: Any government taxes, permit fees, and charges paid directly to third-party service providers (e.g., water activities, ferry tickets, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval of the cancellation request.

Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
  • Remaining balance to be paid 7 days before departure.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved modes of payment.
