Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
Delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions are non-refundable.
Partial refunds will be issued if a service is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Policy
Advance Payment: 50% of the total package cost at booking confirmation.
Full Payment: Due at least 7 days before departure.
Late Bookings: 100% payment required for bookings made within 7 days of travel.
