- Prices are valid for Indian Nationals holding Indian Passport/Voter ID.
- OCI and PIO cards are not accepted for identification in Nepal.
- Vehicle services are point-to-point as per the itinerary, not at disposal.

Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice until a deposit or full payment is made.
Travel Documents:
- A valid passport and visa (if required) are mandatory for international travelers.
- Ensure all necessary travel permits are obtained.
Hotel Policies:
- Check-in and check-out times vary per property. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- Specific amenities like free WiFi, extra beds, or room upgrades may vary based on the hotel policy.
Domestic Flights:
- Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after issuance.
- Any changes to the flight schedule are subject to airline policies.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to 30 Days of Travel:
- 90% of the total package cost will be refunded.
Between 15 to 30 Days of Travel:
- 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
Less than 15 Days Before Travel:
- No refund will be provided.
No Show or Early Departure:
- 100% of the total package cost will be forfeited.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of natural calamities, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed as per supplier and hotel policies.
Administrative Charges:
- A nominal fee of INR 2,000 per booking will be deducted as administrative charges in case of cancellations.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy detailed below.
- Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email, including the booking reference number.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval, and the amount will be transferred to the original payment method used.
