- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Meals in the restaurants or cafes are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
- Travel insurance is not included in the package.
- Any activities or transfers not specified in the itinerary are not part of the package and require separate arrangements.

Important Reminders:
- Ensure to carry a valid ID or passport for all activities requiring identification.

- Be punctual for all scheduled tours and activities to ensure a smooth experience.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
Payment Policy
100% of the total tour cost must be paid on the date of booking.
