    5. Sightseeing as per itinerary with a local Bhutan guide.

    6. Daily surcharge of ₹1,200 per night (Bhutan Tourism Levy).

    1. Lunch and beverages.

    2. Entrance fees, camera fees, and activity charges.

    3. Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, and beverages.

    4. Costs for additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage beyond the itinerary.

  • Hotel confirmations subject to availability. Equivalent options will be provided if hotels are unavailable.
  • Meals may be served à la carte or buffet, based on hotel policies.
  • Ferry timing changes due to unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of the operator.
  • Unused services or inclusions are non-refundable.

  1. Travel Requirements:

    • Passport (valid for at least 6 months) or Voter ID for adults.
    • Passport or Birth Certificate for children.
    • COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
    • Passport-sized photographs and travel insurance are mandatory.

  2. Hotel Policies:

    • Equivalent accommodation will be provided if listed hotels are unavailable.

  3. Vehicle Use:

    • Transfers and sightseeing are on a point-to-point basis. Additional vehicle usage will incur extra charges.

  4. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • Costs due to natural calamities, road blockages, or strikes are to be borne by the guest.

  • 30+ Days Before Departure: 80% of the package cost is refunded.
  • 15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the package cost is refunded.
  • 7-15 Days Before Departure: 25% of the package cost is refunded.
  • Within 7 Days of Departure: No refund.

  • Booking Confirmation: 50% advance payment is required.
  • Final Payment: Balance must be cleared at least 15 days before departure.
  • Payment is non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days of travel.
