Terms & Conditions
- Any breakage or damage to hotel property will be charged at actuals.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover are not part of the package.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs during the trip is strictly prohibited. Intoxicated travelers may be asked to leave the premises without refunds.
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Check-out time in Port Blair hotels is by 8:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided subject to availability or at an additional charge.
- Check-out time in Havelock hotels is by 8:00 AM. Return ferry for Port Blair is scheduled for 4:00 PM. Guests can wait in the hotel lobby or nearby beaches until departure.
- The vehicle provided will be exclusive to the group but will operate as per the itinerary. Additional charges apply for extra usage beyond the itinerary.
- Ferry transfers and boat trips are subject to weather conditions.
- Activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, and other water sports are optional and require advance booking.
- Availability of activities depends on weather and operational conditions.
- High peak season surcharges apply from 15th December to 15th January.
- Compulsory gala dinner charges during Christmas and New Year Eve are applicable as per hotel policies.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Payment Policy
- 100% payment must be made at least 7 days before the booking date to confirm the package.
