- Booking & Payment: 50% advance payment required; full payment 10 days before departure.
- Cancellation & Refunds:
- 30+ days before: 90% refund
- 15–29 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
- Travel Guidelines: Valid ID required; standard check-in at 12 PM, check-out at 10 AM.
- Ferry & Delays: Subject to weather conditions; the company is not liable for delays.
- Activities & Liability: Adventure activities at your own risk; follow safety guidelines.

- Best Time to Visit: October–April for ideal weather.
- Packing Essentials: Light clothes, sunscreen, waterproof bags, and motion sickness tablets.
- Connectivity: Limited network; best with BSNL, Airtel, Jio.

- Etiquette: Respect local customs; avoid littering and collecting corals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Customer
- Must be requested in writing via email.
- Refunds are subject to the above refund policy.
- Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
- In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or flight cancellations, alternative travel dates will be provided where possible.
- If rescheduling is not possible, cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellations by the Company
- In case of unforeseen operational issues, a full refund or alternative package will be provided.
Refund Policy
- 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of the total amount.
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation: 50% advance payment.
Full Payment: Must be completed

Payment Modes: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI.
